Corn or Wheat Gluten: waste from human food, it is used to bulk up protein content.

Sugar, Caramel, Syrup, Sucrose: This provides NO nutritional benefit, Pets can become ADDICTED

Continuous Sugar intake can promote - OBESITY, HYPERACTIVITY, TOOTH DECAY, ARTHRITIS, NERVOUSNESS, CATARACTS, HYPOGLYCEMIA and ALLERGIES.

Salt: this is often added as a flavour enhancer. High intake of salt can lead to serious health implications such as:

HIgh blood pressure, Stroke & Cardio vascular disease.

Artificial colours & Preservatives:

E.g. Sunset Yellow - E110

Tartrazine E102

Patent Blue E131,

EC additives,

BHA (E320) & BHT (E321)

Side effects are uncertain.

Non - Specific Protein:

e.g. meat by-products and animal derivatives

The food could contain any meat and animal parts...even feathers!
