Liver Treats:

INGREDIENTS

1 pound beef liver

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200° F

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Cut liver into strips about 1/4" thick.

Space pieces of liver on sheet pan so they are not touching

Bake for 2 hours, rotating the pan after one hour.

Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

Lift the parchment paper off the sheet pan and place on the wire

rack to allow the liver training treats to cool completely and dry

out on the bottom.

Storing - These liver dog treats will last for two weeks in the refrigerator. You

can freeze them for four months. 

Chicken rice dog treats

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rice, mashed (can use any rice)

1 cup chicken, diced fine or shredded

3 Tablespoons rice flour

1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, diced

1 egg, beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until

well incorporated.

Using a spoon, press mixture into a baking tray, packing tight.

Bake for 25 minutes or until top begins to turn golden brown.

Let cool completely before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days (or freeze)

Cheese Thins

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of grated cheese

1 cup wholemeal flour

1 tablespoon marg/butter

Milk to mix

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub Butter into flour

Mix in cheese

Add enough milk to form stiff dough for rolling

Roll out on floured surface, cut into squares or shapes

Bake on a greased baking try at top of oven 200 degrees until

golden brown

Cool and store in air tight box in fridge

Birthday Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 bananas

2 tbsp rapeseed oil

1 egg, lightly beaten

3 tbsp natural yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

200g wholemeal flour

1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda

For the topping

1 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp peanut butter

Doggie chocolate buttons

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180/gas 4

Mash the bananas and mix with the oil, egg, yoghurt and honey

in a large bowl until everything is well mixed

Stir in the flour and bicarbonate of soda, then spoon the filling

into a greased muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together and then swirl,

pipe or spoon onto the top of each muffin

Add doggie chocolate

Undecorated muffins can be frozen for 3 months

Corned Beef Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 tin of corned beef

5 eggs

Plain flour 

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash up corned beef in a bowl and microwave to soften for about

40 seconds, then add 5 eggs and mix well, then just add plain

flour until it’s like a cake mixture.

Put grease proof paper in a tin, pop in the mixture and put in

oven at around 180 degrees for around 25-30 mins
